Ann-Rachelle Froehlich

Ann-Rachelle Froehlich (Annie) has been providing business consulting services for over 25 years. She received her BS from the University of Arizona and her MBA from Boston University. She has worked for and with some of the largest business and tax companies in the United States including  Deloitte Consulting,  Ernst & Young, Bank of America, Sprint, Honda, and Amgen.  She served as the COO of a real estate investment firm from 2007 to 2015 followed by three years as a Principal Tax Advisor at H&R Block and several local CPA firms.  Annie is an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and State Agencies.  She opened AFTAX Consulting, LLC in 2018 and is dedicated to provide both personal and professional financial services locally to the Los Angeles area and remotely across the US. Annie is a resident of Conejo Valley (Los Angeles) where she resides with her family and pets including her dog Harvey the AFTAX Consulting mascot. In her free time she likes to visit escape rooms, play sudoku and put together jigsaw puzzles.

Cody Sirkus

Cody Sirkus recently graduated from Boise State University School of Business with a 3.5 GPA with a degree in Business Administration, a Certificate in Business Data Analytics, and a minor in Marketing. He was also a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity and Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. Cody has worked with AFTAX Consulting since January 2024 and recently was promoted to Tax Operations Specialist. Cody handles all of the backend processes and data entry associated with running our tax firm. He was integral in the roll out of our new TaxDome client portal. Cody’s background and education is in predictive analytics that require him to utilize machine learning processes to analyze real company data and present findings to executives. Cody lives in and works remote from Boise, ID. In his spare time Cody is an avid musician and lead singer of the band FETCH . He enjoys streaming video game play on Twitch and hanging out with his cat Lemmy.
