Ann-Rachelle Froehlich

Ann-Rachelle Froehlich (Annie) has been providing business consulting services for over 25 years. She received her BS from the University of Arizona and her MBA from Boston University. She has worked for and with some of the largest business and tax companies in the United States including  Deloitte Consulting,  Ernst & Young, Bank of America, Sprint, Honda, and Amgen.  She served as the COO of a real estate investment firm from 2007 to 2015 followed by three years as a Principal Tax Advisor at H&R Block and several local CPA firms.  Annie is an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and State Agencies.  She opened AFTAX Consulting, LLC in 2018 and is dedicated to provide both personal and professional financial services locally to the Los Angeles area and remotely across the US. Annie is a resident of Conejo Valley (Los Angeles) where she resides with her family and pets including her dog Harvey the AFTAX Consulting mascot. In her free time she likes to visit escape rooms, play sudoku and put together jigsaw puzzles.

 

Alexa Garcia

Alexa Garcia is currently a junior at California Lutheran University, majoring in Accounting. She will be earning her bachelors degree in May 2026. She graduated from California High School and earned a billiteracy seal on her diploma, fluent in Spanish. Her favorite hobbies are shopping, playing intramural basketball, and spending quality time with my family.  This is Alexa’s first year interning at AFTAX Consulting and we are so lucky to have her!!

Brenden Webster

Brenden is a graduating senior at Boise State University.  He is originally from Mission Viejo, CA. He is the former  President of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity chapter at BSU.  He is currently studying accountancy and finance and plans on obtaining his CPA credential in the year following graduation. This is Brenden’s 2nd tax internship position and he is a fabulous addition to our team.
